Ambition

Be Ambitious!!!

ambitious

When I decided that I could make something out of my life, I purposefully worked on making that happen. And this is what most people don’t get.
Yes, belief by itself is useless. But here’s the thing: The people who believe they can achieve their goals are the ones that actually do

So make ambition your default. When you set a big goal for yourself, don’t automatically think, “I can never do that.” You have to be ambitious enough to actually set some big goals for yourself. Why would you settle for average?
I personally got engaged by the second year of my university education for two consecutive years and i did not accept to get married before having my bachelor degree in Interior Design. After having my degree,i got married but the thing was that i decided to study English Literature after having my first baby girl since i already entered the domain of teaching.I was so scared and i thought that it was impossible to make it having a baby.I started my journey in Literature for three consecutive years knowing that by the third year i had my second daughter and things got harder.I felt much more worried however at the very end i got my bachelor degree in English Literature with distinction.
This actually happened as the result of the support of my beloved ones as well as because i believed that i can make it and i was ambitious enough to get that degree.
Ambition is your hidden key to success!

Drinking Water

Benefits of Drinking Water

Keeping hydrated is crucial for health and well-being, but many people do not consume enough fluids each day.
Around 60 percent of the body is made up of water, and around 71 percent of the planet's surface is covered by water.
Perhaps it is the ubiquitous nature of water that means drinking enough each day is not at the top of many people's lists of priorities.

Please, let us all concentrate on number one because it is my case nowadays since i am really experiencing weight loss as a result of drinking up to 3 liters of water per day.

Believe in Yourself

Why do you even think you’ll be successful?

Here’s the simple answer: If you don’t start with believing in yourself, you’ll never start at all. And if you don’t start, there will be no success whatsoever.

The ability to believe in yourself can change your life.

Just think:
What difference would it make in your life if you had an absolutely unshakable confidence in your ability to achieve anything you really put your mind to?
What would you want and wish and hope for?
What would you dare to dream if you believed in yourself with such deep conviction that you had no fears of failure whatsoever?

How To Believe In Yourself

Most people start off with little or low self-confidence, but as a result of their own efforts, they become bold and brave and outgoing. And we’ve discovered that if you do the same things that other self-confident men and women do, you, too, will experience the same feelings and get the same results.
The key is to be true to yourself, to be true to the very best that is in you, and to live your life consistent with your highest values and aspirations. This is the only way to truly learn how to believe in yourself.
Take some time to think about who you are and what you believe in and what is important to you.
If you want to change your life by becoming an author, believe that you can do it. The hardest step in that journey is finding the confidence to learn how to write a book. Once you get a hold of a proven system to plan, produce, and publish your work, the larger goal becomes easier to attain.
By believing in yourself, you will find the courage to take immediate action on your goals. And this, as you may know, is the key to success!
I encourage you to never compromise your integrity by trying to be or say or feel something that is not true for you.
And – more importantly – never compromise your potential to grow due to self-limiting doubts. Instead, embrace your confidence and believe in yourself because you really can do anything you put your mind to.

Tell Yourself You Have Confidence And Believe It

Repeat affirmations such as “I believe in myself” every day.
Your thoughts become words and your words become your actions. If you continue to tell yourself that you believe in yourself, eventually you really will believe in yourself.
It’s that simple.
Have the courage to accept yourself as you really are—not as you might be, or as someone else thinks you should be—and know that, taking everything into consideration, you are a pretty good person.
After all, we all have our own talents, skills, and abilities that make us extraordinary.
No one, including yourself, has any idea of your capabilities or of what you might ultimately do or become. Perhaps the hardest thing to do in life is to accept how extraordinary you really can be, believe in yourself, and then to incorporate this awareness into your attitude and personality.

Weight Loss

How to Lose Weight Fast: 3 Simple Steps, Based on Science

Image result for how to lose weight"
There are many ways to lose a lot of weight fast.
However, most of them will make you hungry and unsatisfied.
If you don't have iron willpower, then hunger will cause you to give up on these plans quickly.
The plan outlined here will:
  • Reduce your appetite significantly.
  • Make you lose weight quickly, without hunger.
  • Improve your metabolic health at the same time.
Here is a simple 3-step plan to lose weight fast.

1. Cut Back on Sugars and Starches

Image result for sugars and starches"
The most important part is to cut back on sugars and starches (carbs).

When you do that, your hunger levels go down and you end up eating much fewer calories.Trusted Source
Now instead of burning carbs for energy, your body starts feeding off of stored fat.
Another benefit of cutting carbs is that it lowers insulin levels, causing your kidneys to shed excess sodium and water out of your body. This reduces bloat and unnecessary water weight.Trusted Source
It is not uncommon to lose up to 10 pounds (sometimes more) in the first week of eating this way, both body fat and water weight.
This is a graph from a study comparing low-carb and low-fat diets in overweight or obese women.Source

The low-carb group is eating until fullness, while the low-fat group is calorie-restricted and hungry.
Cut the carbs and you will start to eat fewer calories automatically and without hunger.
SUMMARYRemoving sugars and starches (carbs) from your diet will reduce your appetite, lower your insulin levels and make you lose weight without hunger.

2. Eat Protein, Fat and Vegetables

Each one of your meals should include a protein source, a fat source and low-carb vegetables.
Constructing your meals in this way will automatically bring your carb intake into the recommended range of 20–50 grams per day.

Protein Sources

  • Meat: Beef, chicken, pork, lamb, etc.
  • Fish and Seafood: Salmon, trout, shrimp, etc.
  • Eggs: Whole eggs with the yolk are best.
The importance of eating plenty of protein cannot be overstated.
This has been shown to boost metabolism by 80 to 100 calories per day.Trusted SourTrusted SourTrusted Source
High-protein diets can also reduce cravings and obsessive thoughts about food by 60%, reduce the desire for late-night snacking by half, and make you so full that you automatically eat 441 fewer calories per day — just by adding protein to your diet.Trusted SourceTrusted Source
When it comes to losing weight, protein is the king of nutrients. Period.

Low-Carb Vegetables

  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Spinach
  • Tomatoes
  • Kale
  • Brussels sprouts
  • Cabbage
  • Swiss chard
  • Lettuce
  • Cucumber
Don’t be afraid to load your plate with these low-carb vegetables. You can eat massive amounts of them without going over 20–50 net carbs per day.
A diet based mostly on meat and vegetables contains all the fiber, vitamins and minerals you need to be healthy.

Fat Sources

  • Olive oil
  • Coconut oil
  • Avocado oil
  • Butter
Eat 2–3 meals per day. If you find yourself hungry in the afternoon, add a 4th meal.
Don’t be afraid of eating fat, as trying to do both low-carb AND low-fat at the same time is a recipe for failure. It will make you feel miserable and abandon the plan.
SUMMARYAssemble each meal out of a protein source, a fat source and low-carb vegetables. This will put you in the 20–50 gram carb range and significantly lower your hunger levels.
 3. Lift Weights 3 Times Per Week

Image result for weight lifting"
You don't need to exercise to lose weight on this plan, but it is recommended.
The best option is to go to the gym 3–4 times a week. Do a warm-up and lift some weights.
If you're new to the gym, ask a trainer for some advice.
By lifting weights, you will burn lots of calories and prevent your metabolism from slowing down, which is a common side effect of losing weight.Trusted SourceTrusted Source
Studies on low-carb diets show that you can even gain a bit of muscle while losing significant amounts of body fat.
If lifting weights is not an option for you, then doing some cardio workouts like walking, jogging, running, cycling or swimming will suffice.
SUMMARYIt is best to do some sort of resistance training like weight lifting. If that is not an option, cardio workouts are also effective.

The Effects of Caffeine on your Body

Image result for caffeine"

Many of us rely on a morning cup of coffee or a jolt of caffeine in the afternoon to help us get through the day. Caffeine is so widely available that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), says about 80 percent of U.S. adults take some form of caffeine every day. But caffeine does so much more than just keeping you awake. It’s a central nervous system stimulant that affects your body in numerous ways.
Knowing the symptoms of caffeine and its long-term effects on your body may make you think twice about having that fourth cup of coffee. Read on to learn more about these effects.

Caffeine provides no nutritional value on its own. It’s tasteless, so you won’t necessarily know if it’s in your food either. Even some medications may contain caffeine without your knowledge.
This ingredient almost always causes some symptoms. At a minimum, you may feel more energetic, but over time, too much caffeine may cause withdrawal symptoms. According to the Mayo Clinic, it’s safe for most healthy adults to consume up to 400 milligrams of caffeine per day. Keep in mind that a standard size cup of coffee is eight ounces. If you’re using a mug or getting your fix at a coffee house, chances are you’re drinking 16 ounces or more, so reading labels is important.
As you consume the same amount of caffeine on a daily basis, your body develops a tolerance to it. Other factors like your age, body mass, and overall health can determine your tolerance to caffeine, too. If you want to decrease the amount of caffeine you take, it’s best to decrease your consumption slowly.

Brand Addiction

Image result for brands"
Clothing defines your taste. The finer you wear the more sophisticated you are considered. It’s the label that speaks high about you. Your glamour and charm is governed by the brand you’re walking in and how you carry it. The confidence just boosts up as you go higher and higher in the clothing brand.

I am personally a brand lover, and when it comes to choosing my shoes, watches,or even sunglasses;I prefer having them holding particular original brands.

This research introduces the concept of “brand addiction” as a new marketing construct. Employing conceptual development, the concept of brand addiction is defined as a psychological state that entails an obsessive relationship between the consumer and a specific brand. To examine the phenomenon of brand addiction, the present research was designed based on partial sequential mixed methods in which a qualitative study was followed by two quantitative studies, a pretest and a main survey. Arguing that research on brand addiction should be built based on an understanding of how consumers experience this phenomenon in reality, the research incorporated a series of four qualitative focus group studies to uncover the possible core features of the brand addiction prototype using discursive psychological perspective.
Survey data were subsequently used to generate the brand addiction measurement scale. Based on the qualitative study and critical review of the extant literature, we developed and tested a measurement scale of brand addiction to gauge the consumer’s addictive behavior toward particular brands. As a result from exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, the brand addiction measurement scale employed 14 items. The results appear to be promising for using this scale for further validation and more complicated research that may involve possible consequences caused by consumers’ brand addictive behavior.
Therefore, rather than limiting to the interpersonal-relationship-based and addiction-based theories, this research has gone further in building an understanding of how consumers truly experience brand addiction, thus sheds new lights on this underrepresented phenomenon in the literature.

The Difference Between Falling In Love And Loving Someone

Falling in Love vs. Loving Someone

We often loosely use the word “love” and we mix being in love with actually loving someone.

Being in love with someone can stem from infatuation, possessiveness and obsession. You both talk, hold hands, hug kisses and develop surface feelings. You feel alone when your partner is not around you. You crave and yearn for them to be with you all the time.

Loving someone on the other hand, goes beyond the physical presence. You desire to see them grow, you see past their flaws, you see opportunities of building into each other and together; you motivate, encourage and inspire one another. You do not have to second-guess or ask before you step in to do so. Loving someone requires 100 percent commitment on your part. The concept of true love is hard to comprehend by some. Hence, they get the wrong impression when dating someone who completely gets it. They cannot seem to understand why they deserve the love you are giving. This may make the relationship feel like it is one-sided.
